Return Policy

We do not accept returns for custom rave fans or ready-to-ship fans designed in-house with our own prints. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

If your fan arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and detailed information, along with clear photos of the damage, so we can review and see what we can do to resolve the issue.

Clothing Returns (UK Standard Policy)

If you are not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law. Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be free from any signs of wear, stains, or damage

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return address will be included in your parcel.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with Evri. Once your parcel has been collected by Evri, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused in transit. If your parcel is lost or delayed, we will assist you in contacting Evri to open a claim, but we cannot be held liable for issues outside our control.
